The difference being, maybe, that you aren't the subject of photogs that work for international magazines and the like, and have a billionty highly curated photos of you floating around in public.
As in - twitter person managed to find a similar photo in a sea of photos.
Obvs that doesn't preclude this photo as being from a pile of stock photos to be wheeled out when princesschops is down with the pox and herpes.

At the risk of buying into these conspiracy theories wholesale I'd say they look more than similar.
Again, assuming that the video on that tweet is what it claims to be, I'd suggest that they look close to identical - eyebrows, jawbone, everything looks the same. I doubt there's two photos of me, taken months apart, that would look so similar.
