Seconded, @ltc definitely give that a go with 35mm tyres before replacing the bike altogether.
I had 38s in there over summer! The sensible thing to do is probably keep it for a while, ride it some more (road and bridleways) and see if I still love it or not.
And also identify what you think you'd find in a gravel bike that would bring more joy than that
