It's just a clickbaity title. They are correct in their assessment that Remco was looking too much at a weak Roglic so Roglic "messed it up a bit" for him. They also say in the same conversation Remco missed his chance on Friday (by not following Jorg). So general feel is a "ah dammit, he probably could have followed Jorg and win the overall but alas" and I think that is a fair conclusion.
