Studio hire needed

Do any of you have a studio you occasionally hire?
My usual space in Farringdon is all booked up and I have an editorial cocktail shoot to do next week.
just need a space to do a very small tabletop shoot, so a couple of crates or trestles, use my own lighting/grip though a couple of C-stands would be handy and a sink and space for the mixologist to cut his lemons.
let me know if you have anything suitable, I usually pay a mate £200 for his space told them to expect to have to pay more. they flinched at the £550 quote from a place round the corner from my usual.
