  • The only other time it’ll ever be appropriate to ask “how many inches”?

  • 51cm / 20 inch and 3.8kg 😎

  • G Shock is appropriate for the delivery room

    Congratulations!

  • Also needed it to set my 3 daily antibiotics intake, crashed hard with the bike recently due to an elderly not looking before taking her turn. My mouth landed in the side of her Fiat Panda with 40km ph. Let’s say timing could have been better as I’ve been eating through a straw for the past two weeks and been going from specialist to specialist.

BUT, today is a FANTASTIC day!

    Thanks gents!

  • Cheers mate!!!

  • Congratulations.

    An amazing experience. 😉

  • 🎉 congratulations

  • Enjoy fatherhood

And if the jaws broken which it sounds like it is make sure they reset the width correctly, mine didn’t and it dislocates frequently because of it.

  • I’d prefer if they stick to 200m water resistance and make the case thinner (even thought its 0.5mm smaller and 0.2mm thinner)

  • Cheers!

Jaw’s fine luckily, teeth didn’t break either which surprised me. Two implants it’ll be and that should be the end of it. Right now I can’t close my mouth properly, let alone chew.

On a more on-topic note, if the insurance pays out properly, I’ll be aiming for a new watch. ;)

  • hope everyone is doing well on this lovely sunny day

  • Chapeau fella

  • Is anyone looking for a Grand Seiko ?
I am being ridiculed for pushing for us to take the brand on and yet not having sold one on here !!

  • 😂

I'm not buying anything but if I was I'd come to you!

I think they've announced a couple of nice watches recently like the 38mm 62GS models. They've also done a nice colour of the 36.5mm 44GS manual but it's a US exclusive.

  • Something something never take advice from people on the internet something something

Pretty sure it was everyone on here berating you for not loving and stocking them.

  • I think the Aquaracer looks pretty good. Solid unpretentious tool watch. Tag Heuer seems to be pretty polarising though. Why is that?

  • Because Heuer made a ton of classic and innovative chronographs and had lots of heritage in motorsport, innovative stopwatch and chronograph design, dash mounted stopwatches etc., but when TAG bought the company in the 1980s I think a lot of people felt they became primarily about marketing. The general style of the watches changed as well, and some people feel they've never really recaptured the cool factor that the old Heuer chronographs had.

It saved the company though. The shift to chunkier image-led watches was necessary after the quartz crisis.

  • People look down on them as a "my first Swiss watch"

  • Yeah, what Sumo said.

  • But it's Ok because when you get promoted from line manager to middle manager you can upgrade to a speedmaster
