I had exactly the same thing with my son 10 years ago, except with a carrot baton. they left it up there in the end and he sneezed it out 3 months later...

Spent the last 4 hours at Epsom A&E after my 4 year old shoved a popcorn kernal up his nose.
Got to go to St George's tomorrow morning for him to have it surgically removed under anaesthetic.
