Small steel audax/tourer bike/frameset

Looking for a nice quality steel bike to suit 5’5 rider. Reynolds 725, 631 etc. for a flat bar project, so frame set or incomplete also fine

Missed out on a bargain on this Roberts clubman on eBay a while ago, essentially something like this is what I’m after:

Maybe a bit older than what you're looking for, but I have a 531 touring bike. The frame was hand built by Geoffrey Russ at Bell Street Bikes in the early eighties and has nice lugs. It was resprayed by armourtech about 5 years ago and is in good condition, no dents or dings, a few chips.
It is Reynolds 531 except for the stays, and is 53cm ctc. Bike £250, Frame £150

Have you seen the 48cm complete 753 bike on Ebay?

Didn’t find anything in the end… don’t know if anyone has anything else out there that fits the bill?
