What's different about the? Cup od? Thread pitch?
If it's just the thread pitch is it like a Raleigh Twenty where it's close enough that you can run a 'normal' tap down it and it'll sort of push the metal around to make it fit?

I am in austria until tomorrow lunchtime. I noticed there is a secondhand bike shop near my hotel. If i get time in the morning i will ask them if they have such a thing. I am in Graz, the home of Puch!

Well, i tried, but i failed.
Both local bike shops were still closed at midday and i had to catch a train. It's annoying because both had lights on and people inside when i called, but no one was answering the door. But, if you get stuck you could contact these one of these places:

Sorry to have raised hopes.

Found one in an Austrian shop online! NOS OTP WOW
Luckily got a reasonable 25.4 seat post to go with it. Wild. Now have no excuses (apart from cash) to build up a monstrosity
Long shot!
Anyone have a complete (or at least lock nut and top race) Austrian 1” headset? These are the rare old shit found on base level vintage Puch - maybe also compatible with some Russian frames but not sure.
