I doubt Shaq wore his joggers riding up his arse, but he did reportedly wear size 22 shoes, which could account for some of the saddle height.
Not buying the QAnnondale conspiracy that custom bikes for basketball stars are all oversized.

With QR + Carbon you must ensure it's done up tight as the carbon is the weaker material and it will get worn away fucking the frame if the axle has any movement in it.

I found the thicker DT Swiss QRs worked well on my CAAD12. Im fat and powerful. If you are either, or both, you will be fine.

It looks like NOS warranty of the 2019 frameset and fork. under 600 quid seem reasonable?

Cheeky question if I may. Those of you running Cannondale Hollowgram Si, One and what have you cranksets made by FSA, are the road bike spindles/q-factors narrower than your typical SRAM/Shimano configuration? Planning to order such a crankset (for my non-Cannondale bike), but want to factor this if it's the case.

In a decision between a lower spec (non himod) Supersix, or a higher spec CAAD13, I’m currently leaning towards a CAAD13. Is this stupid? I want a disc brake road bike and I like how they look.
I’m assuming the more recent supersix models have similar geometry, tyre clearance, etc so it really comes down to weight and frame quality.

I'm a bit put off by CAADs. Yes I have a certain love for them and wouldn't rule them out completely, but have seen far too many of them dented at the top-tube owing to (I assume) the super-light hydroformed alu they're using. This is mostly on 12s and older.

The kind of wack it takes to dent a caad would snap a supersix tube. Just saying

Nah, my caad12 had dents on the top tube from the handlebars. Never dropped or crashed, only from the (wrapped) bars swinging whilst in the stand. They're super thin

There’s a thread of weight weenies I think where someone says a falling pine cone dented their top tube

FWIW I had a high spec CAAD13 a couple of years ago, Force AXS, nice Stayer wheels, carbon finishing kit, it was a super nice ride (once you look past the funny welds).
I have a SuperSix Evo 4 at the moment, they are really similar in many ways, geometry is identical but at the end of the day the SuperSix is just more exciting. If you buy either, you'll have a lovely time but I guess there's a reason I got rid of the CAAD13! You could always upgrade the SuperSix over time?

Really like my rim CAAD12 but never got on with the disc CAAD13, ended up returning it to Cannondale because of some weird fork judder. Recently built up normal mod 2021 Supersix and it feels a step up and happy i have it. 13 has mudguard mounts if that matters.

Hey, anyone with a T800, or 2002 era Cannondale, got my eye on a T800 as a light tourer, but the sizing seems a bit odd.
Fella selling it said it's a 52cm (CTC) seat tube, and 55cm top tube, but also claims it's good for 6ft+.
As someone 6ft, is this just some quirky Cannondale thing, as usually wouldn't go near a 52 as too small.
Thanks
Big fan of both of those. Long live the novelty on the bar tape too
