  • I've had an MRI done on my knee to see it's state after I blew my LCL a year and a half ago. At the time they advised I do it as when it happened everything was swollen so couldn't really see much.

    The good news is that my LCL tear has healed. The bad news is that they have identified a tear in my knee miniscus. I'm now being referred to another specialist.

    This is like a never ending drama....

    Spoke to a physio who said if it's not locking and causes me no pain to continue to rehab it with progressive overload. So I will continue with this path... Just annoying as now I have something else to worry about.

    So my numbers will continue to look and feel shit. I can now squat about what I can bench... Guess that's something.

    I've also managed a 24kg KB cossack squat for 10. Couldn't a week ago.

  • That's brutal man. I hope things continue to improve. It's great that you're still lifting and doing stuff, all to easy to fuck it all off when and injury impacts things that much.
