  • I looked at membership when they opened the Shoreditch, Chiswick and NY offices as there was a chance I would be working in NY a lot (never happened) and I often worked late at my own office in Chiswick, but decided to wait, and I'm glad I did as it would have been wasted. (we got sold to another company and the job moved to the City)

He was extolling the virtues of Soho House and I decided it probably wasn't the place for me, as this guy was the biggest coked up bullshitter I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He was pitching a show called "Blow shit up" at the time.
