...I managed to keep the scale under a 100 with 99,1kg at 1,81m at the beginning of January.
An injury made me balloon up from 94kgs (still way too much) from Sept. 1st.
Then did dry January to keep things on check which used to work splendidly when under 30.
End of January; 99,1kg. 25/26% BF.
Started Huel again, including the hot meals for evenings.
I am now in my final 8th week of rehab for the aforementioned injury. It's not a 100% yet, and will continue to exercise to get it as close to there as possible.
Now 5 weeks in at about 92kgs. 22% BF.
If I keep this on I reckon I could get down to 85 quite easily till the end of April. Should end up at around 19% BF which is the apparently healthy % for my age bracket.
Under 85kgs is already quite good for my physique. If I get it down towards 80kgs I'ld already be chuffed but life and all that. In my adult life the leanest I was was 78kgs and that's 15 years ago with very much cycling which I just can't fit into life anymore.
