I weighed just over 80kgs when I landed in Oz 8/9 years ago. I've gone up to 105kgs since then, not cycling as much as I did in London was the main culprit but learning to drive, changing job and covid all helped to pile on the pounds.
Exercise is difficult as my left knee is a bit fucked so I'm trying a keto diet to get me down to an easier weight so I can get a bit more exercise happening. I've dropped 4kgs in the last month, I don't really look any different but I do feel better. It's a good start, I feel positive.
Good progress here, down to 78.8 on the weigh in this morning, from a starting weight of 91kg.
I want to be consistently below eighty kgs and ideally around seventy five, which feels totally achievable.
I am loving finding all my old clothes being comfortable again!
