Great 12-person Numbus tent, low usage. All parts included. Has a small leak at one junction between rooms, so needs re-waterproofing or use on dry days only. There are three large separate bedrooms, a centra area and then a porch area. There are ground sheets throughout. Cool box, table and chairs, dog and wife not included.
