Not quite identical but I noticed North Sea Clothing had some pretty similar deck shoes in their sale…

Any suggestions for a dye for synthetic fibres? Specifically 58% polyamide, 42% acrylic? From a little bit of research, the acrylic is likely to be tricky bit.

I wouldn’t bother, just get some old pop bottles and start fresh

Due to the 20 year fashion cycle (recycle?) I have just dug out my messenger bag and started sorting out my sick fixie skidder bike.

You don't abide by the "if you remember it the first time you're too old for it now" rule?
-
• #5107
Rules are for squares, man!

Other than Levi, who does 36 long jeans or trousers?
-
• #5111
Uniqlo, you just have to be quick as the 36 longs seem to go quick.

must be all those fuckers wanting to roll their trouser legs up. Thanks!

Lots of decent denim makers supply jeans unhemmed if you wish, and those will usually be 38 or 36 inches.

Most selvedge traditional jeans comes in 36

Have a wedding to attend at the end of April and fancy a new suit. Anyone spotted anything nice in the circa £500 budget?
-
• #5116
Were you happy with the quality of the Percival suit?
-
• #5117
Pretty impressed with the Natalino stuff I’ve bought and they now have a physical store for fittings.
Cavour could also be worth a look if you know your sizes. I’ve only bought a jacket and trousers from them so can’t comment on suits but they are nice quality

Are the shoulders still all silly or have they calmed that down a bit?
-
• #5119
Thanks ‘loins.
Natalino
Interesting cut on those lapels, will definitely need to try the fit. Should be around Oxford Circus in the not too distant…
Cavour
Bit too classic for my taste but bang on the brief, cheers.
I’m keeping half an eye on eBay for secondhand Drakes/Burberry/RL Purple/Boglioli etc but I’m loathed to commit that kind of money without knowing exactly how it fits. I’m surprised there aren’t more bricks and mortar shops that sell nice primo secondhand suits.

Quite liking this style but maybe a bit informal hence suit. My friend’s first wedding was chill, second time around he’s decided to go all out and trying to get the blokes in matching suits etc. I told him to get in the fucking sea.

Shame about those patch pockets, just doesn’t seem right on a DB jacket.
-

Those trousers are breaking like a curry fart (and del monte straw hats - shudder).
-
• #5123
I don’t mind the pockets, what with that olive colour and being linen.
@hurricane_run That’s the casual pose I adopt when clenching in a fart too.

So many styles in one image. Confusing. Love the fabric though

Any suggestions for alternatives to Dickies 872 trousers? Ie, hardwearing, slim fit, black chino type things.
My year two plimsolls?
Or maybe shoes like pottery.
