It's not called out as RTP. That's seemingly a new thing this year.
I guess there's one way to find out - I'm going to email spesh and see what they say.
Need to rescue it from the shop to take more photos. It's in having the steerer chopped to accommodate the £50 de-logo'd Enve stem (and mount) I snaffled on eBay. Noice.

On a serious note is that finish a RTP one? Or proper finish? I was a bit unsure.
