Changed nothing to be honest. If I get a larger frame it'll probably motivate me to fit hydraulic discs, but if anything having a cheaper and easy to fix components has been a godsend when touring.

Any interest in my modified Fugio 853? It’s a 58TT, rides really well, but max tyre size about 40. Could offer with groupset as well if any interest in GRX 600.
