Very sad. Seemed a really solid bloke.

That’s really sad. I don’t get to watch much telly any more, but the other night the current Hairy Bikers series was on and I thought he didn’t look too well. Then they started talking about his cancer and they both paused while trying to hold it together. Very emotional to watch.

He was a great cook and an entertaining presenter, I always enjoyed watching his show.
