The Local Police explains on their social networks "Operation
Bicycle", as they have baptized it: "We have arrested a cyclist with
an extra load in his pocket!" "In his pocket he had something more
than keys and wallet: a mysterious packaging with a substance that was
not exactly an energy bar!"

"Remember, the bicycle is for pedaling, not for transporting drugs!"
concludes the Police in their publication on Instagram.
