I have one of these modified Brompton forks left, it’s been sitting in my spare room for yonks so doing it way cheaper than I did them before just to get shot of it.
It’s a stock fork with brake posts added. Mudguards, stem catcher etc will all fit and work as they should.
Allows you to fit a v brake and get a bit more stopping power. If you use a mini v (I might have a tektro I can chuck in for something like a tenner) then you can use the stock levers or if you want to change the breaker lever then you can go for a full size v brake which will be a lot stronger than the stock sidepull.
Think of it as a halfway house to a disc conversion, more power but you can still use your stock front wheel and there’ll be no change to the folded width.
