I considered something similar before as one of ours (the skinny one) requires twice daily medicine. Luckily the one with the larger appetite hasn't taken to physical bullying, but she will happily flip the feeder upside down trying to get to the forbidden biscuits.

We have a fat cat (6.1kg) and a not fat cat (2.8kg)
For a while now, we’ve been using a microchip feeder to lock away the smaller cats foot but even with things in the way, he’s been holding her down as she eats and stealing her food.
Tonight, we built a cardboard food shelter which is small enough for her and not for him.
This is the picture of the first use. His disgust is palpable.
