Starmer doesn't come out of this well. The papers last weekend were briefed that Sue G was a bit shit at the actual politics bit. Do bears shit in the woods?

I don't think this really impacts on Starmer. It's all a bit technical and not easily summed up.

Labour on the other hand get to say they passed a motion calling for a ceasefire but the Tories are ignoring it. It's worked out pretty well for them

Agree, this doesn't really affect Starmer. The Speaker is the only one who gets the heat.

Let's not forget, the SNP were using their own motion to try to split Labour.
