Before I build something, does anyone have a reasonably good track wheelset for training?

Collection from somewhere in the Oxford/Basingstoke/London, Thames Valley area.
Not hugely fussy, but having looked on ebay I'm thinking I could build a nice-ish set for less than people are asking, so maybe I am 🤷♂️
