Excellent condition, minor scratches to screen commensurate with normal daily use but no damage to case etc. Includes charging cable.

50m water resistance. I've used it to track swimming at London Fields Lido plenty of times and it's been comparable with Garmin etc. I actually have a Garmin Swim 2 up for sale too if that's of any interest!

Out of habit I was charging it overnight, every night but it can definitely last at least a couple of days, depending on use.
