bit random but what about some old race face road cranks (edit ‘cadence’)polished up and new rings? They have a sort of mid way not retro but more svelte than contemporary look. Performance wise they are probably not amazing but still good. same era as those eastons but there was a lot about the eastons breaking iirc

Do Hollowgrams. Cannondale do a 46/30 spidering!
-
• #1005
They are on my polyvalent. You saw that at that fair outside the döner.
Black rubbed off like after 5 minutes, rings are ugly. But weight and q ratio are nice. -

Good one, they are nice, although I am not that fond of spider rings.

EA90s can look real nice when polished

It's a strong look, nice bikes altogether both you and @atk !
@PhilDAS I'd only get cannondale cranks if I had a cannondale bike
Rotor Aldhu and Sugino are both contenders at this point, there's a chance Mads will have cooked up something special for the show so that would give me freedom to pick sensible* cranks.

As far as my compulsions allow, truly sensible would be Shimano cranks but that's not going to happen. -

Another year, another custom Hulsroy biek...
The bag business must be boomin'!;)I am solid into either silver crankarms/black chainrings direct or indirect, or the other way around. blackonblackonblackonblack but then errything up unto the spoke nipples. Accept no substitutes.
You have my opinions in the hogs back thread.
And what phildas said, deanodised hollowgrams are very pretty.Did you look at Leonardi cranks from r2-bike? They also pwetty.

Btw, Middleburn crankset 46/30 from on here.

They very pwetty. -

It'll be the last one,I'm never buying another bike again!
Leonardi cranks look good but SRAM 8 bolt means only 1x?
Not sure on the Middleburn cranks aesthetically.
Colourwise it's tough, I like panda cranks (hi @Browndonneur ) but I think it'll be all black cranks. Panda plans: (I need to start visualising maybe)
Cranks and derailleurs and shifters: black
Seatpost and stem: black?
Bars: black
Rims: black
Spokes: silver
Hubs and headset and seat post clamp: ???
Mudguards: silverNot very panda actually.
Maybe if @Hulsroy 's ano endeavour takes off there might be something deep custom on the cards.

Witslingers x Hulsroy for Bespoked again?
Will follow with great interest! -

Maybe he just looks very young?

Just wanted to put emphasis on my post just above.
Leonardi do a 3 Bolt!
It's a bit of a money pit I believe though. They offer arms, axles, spiders etc. separately and that adds up...
On the topic of boutique cranks garbaruk does their own cranks now. Again, moneydrain.
I now remember my internet search ea90 holdback; apparently they break quite easily or go creaky.Which BB standard you going for? T47? That would make 30mm axles easier innit?
Also don't believe a word about the last bike evah

And @Tijs
https://www.lfgss.com/comments/17283282/
It's a deanodised hollowgram with opi 46/30.
I also think it looks really elegant, despite the opi.Or you mean the shop?

If I'm spending C'dale money on cranks I'd just get White Industries cranks! But seeing as this project is an anti-capitalist manifesto (it is my last bike ever after all*), I won't be falling for years of Prolly's MUSA indoctrination and instead go for much more reasonably priced Spanish made cranks.

Commuting bikes are obviously excluded from this statement. -

have you considered a nice set of shimano 105 cranks, maybe some 5600's, with a bit of heel rub... i mean tasteful patina?
Mr Dolan still has them, for a bargain 333£ including BB.
