  • But it definitely would look rad

  • Going to give these a try next Sunday on my mountainbike. I have been using these pedals on my road bike for a couple of weeks now and I am really liking them. They should be fine for mountainbikes, but I can't help but wonder how they will cope with mud.

  • So I put together some of the parts for the weight weenie road bike project. Much to my surprise it didn't excite me one bit. Starting to wonder if I should move forward with the whole endeavour.

  • My answer would be no.
    Weight weenie is overrated

  • I would say road weight weenie is overrated. Weight weenie mountainbikes on the other hand are the best. The Radon I built up is hands down the most fun bike I ever had.

  • Just need some socks that fit now

  • New approach for the Milani frame. Ditching the weight weenie stuff. Going for fully functional and affordable now.

Picked up some lovely Mavic R-Sys wheels for very little money. Only downside is that they are not true. I ordered the tools to get them straigh again. Fingers crossed that I will be able to get the job done.

Not sure about the tires yet. They came with GP 4000sII tires which look great. I changed them for Specialized tires, which are soooo very smooth, but feeling the sidewall color on these.

  • Very cool! Love the tan wall version, the classic frame, low profile wheels and tires work really well together. A slim stem and bar tape away from perfect

  • Looks like your n/w ring isn't letting go of the chain and dragging it up and over the chainstay. Chain and ring definitely compatible?

    I'm going narrow wide misaligned

  • New bike day :). It's a Cannondale Topstone aluminium.

  • Once you go fat, you can’t go back. This is going to be my second shot at building a fat bike. Thinking of going with a Rohloff this time.

  • Sweet John Deere tractor

  • I should get one to match the ride on mower at work.

  • Rohloff is in the house. Got it cheapish as part of a bike. No idea about the condition, but they last forever I read everywhere.

  • Nice! Probably worth an oil change if you don't know how long it's been since it was last done. Really easy to do with the kit.

  • Sweet frame though. Custom Endorfin German Hardtail. Were £££ BITD ..

  • Fun project! I like the idea of a Rohloff on the moonlander. Can i vote for yellow cables?

  • This is wild! I don't know much about fat bikes but this is even fat for a fat bike right?!

  • Mad, would love to try one out! Looks perfect for the Gravel thread right now.

Too late suggest some maxxis yellow logo tyres?!

  • That is on my to do list. The owner said he had it maintained by his bike shop when he rode it, but it had been some time since he last rode it. Let's hope new oil is all it needs.

  • Tires will be Schwalbe All Mighty. Logo's will probably look awful, but a permanent marker should fix that.

  • This is the look I am aiming for. No sure if yellow cables will fit the picture.

  • First time using the gravel bike offroad at Terschelling island.
