Smash the hills, fly down the descents and keep pressing quite hard on the flats.

came here to post about me and you vs Alex Dowsett. Might have to put in quite a ride to repeat last year's placing. I've got a new bike and skin suit tho so who knows...

@skinny knows best. Don't even ride to power. Hard in the hard bits and easier in the easy bits.
