Imagine how flexy that frame above was! A few inches smaller, a few more inches of post and it wouldn't ride so much like a noodle. And no bollocks v top tube incidents 😬 At least the 'dale had some standover room.
Still, our Dad's did similar back in the day whilst saying 'we'd grown into them'.
