I meant to add I have an almost complete 10 Speed Record groupset to fit to it with a choice of alloy square taper or carbon ultra-torque chainsets.

Any chance you’d be willing to sell that spare quickset? The bearings on mine are starting to get a little rough and I’d like to have the option to replace it at some point. These frames ride great, can definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

Got some scales? Interested to know the weights of frame and fork... It's what, 56,57?

I'll let you know if I don't need them. The ones that came with the fork seem alright but I think the ones with the frame are better. Yesterday I just wanted to stick the forks on the frame to see if they fitted (they do! Yay) and checking out the headset was the next task. The bearings seem reasonably easy to get hold of though, you might be better off with a new set?

Good point, might be more sensible to get some new ones instead. Do you have a link by any chance. Here’s mine in case prospective buyers need some inspo:

This is my VX Edge. Excuse the horrible seatpack and pedals.
It's 7.5kg as shown, my first carbon frame, keeping budget under control with bargain wiggle wheels and mostly parts-bin stuff and robbing from other bikes.
Really nice, feels about right stiffness/comfort.

I have a Time VSX frame which I bought over 7 years ago as a frame only without realising you can only fit Time Quickset forks to them. It's taken over 7 years to track down a compatible set of forks which I did this month finally! Any plans that I had to build it up seem a distant memory, we've had a child since and I don't get out on my bikes anywhere near as much as before.
Does anyone have an idea of what interest there would be in this frameset and a likely price range? It's in reasonable cosmetic condition, there are quite a few surface scuffs but nothing too bad and the frame decals have yellowed a bit. I have a spare headset for it too, once came with the frame and the other with the fork and there is also a rear mech hanger in the bag of parts which came with the frame. This looks like it is held on by the rear wheel which seems a bit odd. I think it was their entry level model when it was available so is likely a bit heavier than a VXSR which I believe was their top end pro frame in this era.
Any information would be gladly received.
