Wiggle / CRC eBay is awash with soiled stock / returns.

Weird one. I put a MTB jacket in a CRC basket about 3 weeks ago, £100 reduced to £25, then promptly forgot about it.
Remembered last night and thought well it's probably sold out now. Yes, in that it's not even listed on their website anymore, yet it was still in my basket and had been reduced to £5Five pounds.
The postage nearly cost the same.

That's how they get you🙂

I had something similar. You can place the order but they'll cancel it and refund you. Mine was cancelled within a couple of hours. Not sure why the website allows this.

It's been confirmed and despatched already

They did that to me as well. I got 4 pairs of Nukeproof tubeless valves for £1 a pair. Again not listed on the site. I did buy a pair of carbon wheels to make up the postage though ;)

I ordered 3 items, each between £84-87. I used the SAVE code for £30 off over £150. When I try to return one item from the order, the return value is £74, as if the discount was split in 3 for the items. Even though my order still qualifies for the discount after taking off that extra item. Anyone had this happen? I messaged wiggle support, just curious of thats normal.
A very quick, but unsatisfactory reply from Wiggle:
Thank you for contacting us,
I am sorry to hear the discount has been split across the three products.
Also I understand that your order still comes to £150.00 if this item wasn't purchased.
We are unable to amend a order and the way the discount was applied against the products.
Product code 110639411 for the small to be able to return for a refund.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If I can assist you further, Please do not hesitate to contact us,
Kind Regards, -

Sounds normal & logical to me

I had a better look, and I can see that the £30 off was taken off proportionally from the three items, so I can see the logic now. Kinda. Their T&Cs dont say anything about losing part of the discount if you return something (still meeting the conditions of the promotions), and it wasnt proportionally applied on the receipt, but taken off as a lump sum. Oh well.

A order.
Never buying from them again.

Is the code still good? Return all 3 and reorder the two?

Wiggle looks like it is on it last leg now.

Yeah, I was looking to order a lifeline pump & cleats, and some energy bars but it is reading like there won't be any staff to fulfil the order.

None left now, was it the 27.5?

Is this still the Evri thread too?
Useless fuckers propped a cardboard package on my doorstep in the wet today, both books inside are water damaged as a result.
There's an obvious covered shelter they could have used.

Rumours are Mike Ashely is now the proud owner of CRC/wiggle/nukeproof/hotlines

Yeah 1.95 or something - building up a beater MTB pub bike so worth a punt

RIP DHB & Prime.
DHB was decent stuff at a decent price. Otherwise the hardy winter rider, commuter or beginner get stuck at the budget end of the kit market, which is usually terrible quality, makes you hate cycling and if you do keep at it, wears out quickly.
Quality at a non-premium price point is the antithesis of Ashley products.Pre-Ashley I used to use to Evans Cycles quite a bit. Post-ashley, never. Not out of principle, but because their product range reduced/changed to crap, prices became totally uncompetitive, even on basics like chains etc. And I couldn't physically go to a shop as they closed so many.

Fuck CRC.
Had some forks in my basked for full price. They put them as OOS, but they had actually dropped the price by half and somebody else nabbed them with a further 10% off. :(

99p Tyres arrived, RIP Wiggle
Tredz and Sigma still cheaper for most things.
