Depends on what you consider standard but this is certainly the most common spacing for disc brake road

can these convert to the normal QR axles ?

It's very hard to find end caps for these OEM Formula hubs or other spare parts for that matter.

TBH they're made to be as cheap as possible which means that they're designed to be thrown away instead of repaired. Which we can all agree is a pretty terrible state of affairs.
