  • Super valuable info to know! So many people think they're training hard and close to fsilure with 5 or 6 reps left in the tank.

    Did you have safeties? Tryna mentally categorise the 'ouch'.

  • Luckily I had a PT behind who sprung into an improvised deadlift but that made my left shoulder give way so I just crawled out way. Oh the shame.

  • As much as it's annoying, safeties are really worth it for squats. Pushing to true failure every now and again is really good for the mindset I think, but important that true failure doesn't lead to injury!
