How much local honey should I be mainlining right now? Is that even true?
You don't get hayfever from plants that insects (eg bees) pollinate, which intentionally stays in place for the insects to get to it, so difficult to make any argument that honey would help hayfever.
It's probably pretty tasty though.

Yes it works, mine goes from an 8 to 2/3 on wanting to rip my face off come grass pollination time.
