My espresso flowed very fast today and I had almost double the amount of liquid I wanted - 28 second extraction. Same coffee produced quite different results a couple of days ago.
I think I ground slightly finer today as I was trying to increase the intensity - is this channelling happening? Should I grind a bit coarser? I don't love this bag so I'm just trying to get through it tbh.
I should say I'm using a normcore tamper and prep with a WDT tool
