Can't bring myself to chop it right down! Will add 1cm above and below for wiggle room, and in case I decide to drop bar it in the future with one of these stems or similar.
So it appears 110mm was a decent stem length estimation. I quite like the whimsical Zipp clash. My go-to straight line saddle tip to grip area measurement is about 55cms, about 1cm less then the Big Dummy, but will see how it goes.
And even with the stem "slammed" like this, the 50mm rise puts the bars ~1cm higher than the saddle. Should be fine. I do like how the Shazam sits perfectly there. Hydro routing might be tricky, will find out soon.
