It is a thing and has been for years. The idea that rolling at some point someone will let you out.
It is really annoying and dangerous hate it on the cycle, motorbike and car as I fear they are suddenly going to go.

They should go to Specsavers.
I reckon their eyesight is so bad that they only know the road is clear when they see you. In other words, once they see a bike 'x' metres away, logic implies the road in front must be clear so they pull out.

Car cunts that look to pull out when you're miles off, dither, then as you approach realise that gap you've now closed was originally big enough and they should've pulled out so pull out. Slowly.
No offs or anything but it feels like only a matter of time.
