My view (for what it’s worth!) is events on more “rural” courses, hilly events etc through villages will be lost, a few years ago the CTT wanted us off of dual carriageways, soon we will be all back on them racing because sporting courses will no longer exist, as soon as a council issues a 20 zone on a course it’s lost! I’ve overtaken cars on H10/1 through the Woolhampton Village 30mph zone, cars have overtaken me approaching the village and then seen the Gatso!!
