I don't remember that, but I do remember the Richmond Park TT speed chit chat somewhat. Didn't David Millar do a "definitely not the speed limit" pace in an organised event. Or maybe it was just a Strava KOM or 3 lap challenge thing. There was a lot of chatter about speed limits then anyway.
