I am unconvinced how well they work. I feel like it makes some difference, but it's hard to quantity as it's integrated so you always get lots of knocking. People say being level is the most important thing, but I'd still put one down in case.
Idk if this is important to you, but being grippy means moving it afterwards will be tricky.
In case you don't know there are pucks available. I have them under the tumble dryer to raise it. Mine are +18mm vs the 8-10mm of the matt.
