Looking to see if anyone has a spare corner of a workshop to sub-let / rent to use for ad hoc and infrequent bits of car / bike refurb and fab work which are getting a bit too messy and inconvenient for the kitchen table / spare room / car park.
Immediate examples would be refurbing axles and an imminently expected bulkhead refurb.
Interested to see if there’s anything out there on a flexible basis.
