I don't think they did much in those days either. That lever seems to have turned up with any number of names on it from non-manufacturing brands, but I think they were probably made by Lee Chi

I say boutique brand, you say piece of cheap shite ( ok you said junk)

Let's call the whole thing (off) cheap shite and move on....to some cheap tektro levers from condor as I can't afford the dirt harry or gold finger levers that I like
