I really rate the bikeparka cargo that I had on my bullitt. Covered my bike for about a year and a half in my front garden before we moved out of London.
The cover is really light and packs away tiny if you need it to, I never had any issues with water getting through. My bike still has zero rust but I also always gave the bike a quick dry with a towel if it was wet before putting the cover on.
