The usual suspects are Michelin Pro 4 Endurance V2 and Pirelli Cinturato Velo TLR.

Schwalbe Durano plus. Look no further

Useful, thanks

Michelin pro 4 are 29.99 at decathlon. I've got michelin power cup on my nice bike. Good tyres. They both blow up big though. The 25's I run blow up to 27.5 on both models.

Anybody with experience of Michelin Power Gravel? Looking for new set in 700x47-50c, Pathfinder Pro was my favourite to buy but found a great deal on Michelins.

Ended up with another gatorskin I had laying around with a few less flat spots/cuts in the rubber. Starting to lean towards a set of tan sidewall pasela's

If and when it comes to it, I'd recommend the Continental Contact Urban. @MCamb recommended them to me.
I've done at least 2,300 miles on them and not had a single puncture yet. That's commuting around town almost everyday. Roads, cycle paths and shitty glass covered others.
The tread is still deep on them too, but I may need to swap the back to the front soon. -

Also a huge fan of these

What are the best gravelly tyres in 26x2.3 -3.0?
-
• #10140
René Herse.
-
• #10141
Preferably not nearly 100€ a tyre😬
-
• #10142
You asked for the best.
-
• #10143
Fair enough
-
• #10144
Define "best" though. Best at what? Everything about tyres is compromise.
-
• #10145
Serious answer:
Continental Speed King Race Sport 26x2.2 (if you can find them).
-
• #10146
Or Double Fighters, they're a good 26" 'gravelly' tyre.
-
• #10147
Say no to wire bead tyres.
-
• #10148
True, something with not too aggressive knobs for a bike packing trip with mainly gravel roads. Preferably as wide as possible (but no fat bike tyres...)
-
• #10149
I've not bought 26" tyres for ages so I don't really know what's available. I've used Racing Ralphs for actual racing in the past and the huge Crazy Bob tractor tyres for commuting on so my use cases aren't that good for what you want.
I quite like the Schwalbe stuff so what about something like
https://www.tredz.co.uk/.Schwalbe-Smart-Sam-Performance-ADDIX-Folding-26-MTB-Tyre_227259.htm
It has a nice constant central pattern for speed on the flat and reflective sidewalls for when you're back on the roads in towns. 2.25" is pretty wide for gravel although I'd go bigger if it was proper MTB terrain.

Are these the puncture-every-two-seconds-gravel-kings or the generally-well-thought-of-gravel-kings?
https://www.panaracer.co.uk/products/panaracer-gravelking-slick-tlc-folding-tyre?variant=45911424368922Looking for a 650b x 42 tyre, can't fit the much more common 650b x 47, and there's not a lot of choice
