If you do many miles with them I recommend one of those clever fitting sessions where they measure the angle which your feet dangle at. IYSWIM. If your knees have to cope with your feet being locked at a slightly wrong angle, they can swell up and lock solid. Then you can't ride at all.
The Dura Ace Looks would do: PD-7401. 1987. Similar to the Look PP-75. They were Lance's choice. He used them long after they were superseded, because he thought them more secure. I had some but I can't find them. I think I may have sold them.
