Any accountants on here? Benefits advisors perhaps? If I was the owner and occupier of a piece of land used purchased and used solely for my business purposes would it qualify as a business premises even if it didn’t have a postal address but was within a postcode and registered with the land registry if that makes sense. I ask in relation to means tested benefits which disregard business premises as capital/savings.
