Slow going but in the right direction. I can keep on top of the calorie targets on weekdays but weekends are more of a challenge. 3kg in 4 weeks is probably about right though in terms of a sustainable pace.
That’s a good clip, I wouldn’t be too frustrated. Also a nice steady consistent decrease should be the aim so well done
