In Norfolk, the other person only gets to see the footage if they deny the incident and we go to court. Nobody has actually let it get to that point yet. One queried the date and time (because the old bill got confused by an American date stamp!) but that was quickly resolved and they were charged.
Realistically, it's absolutely obvious who it is reporting people. We don't see another bike on our route and we see some of the cars we have reported pretty much every day. Plus, the Bullitt would be deemed something 'weird' here too, so would be remembered. Thankfully, I assume most have to get to work etc so can't be wasting time following us to see where we live etc. I have had some fairly interesting attempts at shit-eye thrown at me in the school. playground though...
