Does anybody know if it is possible to bin a future shock headset from a specialized diverge and replace it with something standard ? Non bouncy

Please let me know if you have any luck finding out. We have had a Diverge donated to us with a faulty FS headset and need to repair/replace it in order to sell it

The solution found in the video seems like the best option for rigidifying the forks.
Otherwise it appears a new suspension unit needs to be ordered.
