Roof
Windows
Re-configure downstairs at the back and make a decent kitchen, probably need to extend a bit
Fit in a downstairs loo
New bathroom upstairs
Probably most of it will need re-plastering
Decorate everywhere
This wouldn't be DIY - I'm past that.
Would £150k do all that?
