Surely the fuzz should keep you anonymous. Even if asked it should be "from a concerned individual"
Do they have to show the offender the video footage?

on the portal for leics police it asks for all of your details and if you're willing to give evidence.
i was under the impression that the offender had the rights request to see the footage? just an assumption though.
